Slouchy

Blouse: NYC Boutique, Sweater:Madewell, Skirt: J. Crew, Boots: J. Crew

Somedays I just want to wear a big slouchy sweater... but then I have to be dressed up and I get really confused. So I decided to just go for it, pair a pencil skirt with a slouchy sweater! It works! At least, I think it does...

Pajama Day

I'm wearing a pajama shirt in these pictures. I've been wanting this pajama set for a while now and I finally snagged them when they went on sale. I wanted them for jammies but truth be told, I really just wanted them so I could wear the top all the time. I love them so much I might just start wearing the whole set all the time. I'm going to take pajama day to a whole new level. Crushed it.

Fake It

Sweater, Scarf: J. Crew, Jeans: H&M, Shoes: Target

The smile in these pictures is absolutely fake. It has been about 8 degrees here the past week. I threw off my coat and snapped these pics and quickly as I could. If my face were to portray how I was truly feeling I would have been making an awkward duck face by constantly blowing through my lips to stay warm...okay that was a really bad description. Needless to say, it would have been really ugly.

101st Dalmatian

I debated over whether or not to title this post 101st dalmatian. I mean is it really very flattering to compare your appearance to a dog? Well, I'd rather that than Cruella Deville right?

Cabin Fever

We spent the last weekend at a cabin in Star Valley, Wyoming with good family friends. It was so nice to get away from everything and just spend good quality time with the people we love. We ate too much for our own good, snowmobiled, some skied, and we even played a game of fugitive on snowmobiles at night. It was freezing and the powder was so deep it was hard to run... nevertheless, my little sister and I were the only ones to make it to safe ground. We're pretty hard core! I do have to give credit to Andy for being the selfless husband he is...he acted as a distraction so I could make it safely to home base. I sure do love that guy. He even patiently waited when I face planted it three times trying to run in the snow.
