Fooled By The Footwear

I feel I have deceived you my dear friends. Remember when I posted about how great flats were? Because they are supposedly so much better and so much more comfy then heels….Wrongo! I wore these cute new ladies to the BYU Blogger Meet Up last night (more fun details about that to come) and my feet look like they’ve been to you-know-where and back! Maybe I just need to break them in? I don’t know, but my poor feetsies were dying. I am now on the hunt for “heel blister protectors from vicious flats” pads…if those even exist.

  1. I've totally had the same thing happen - but they were fine after I endured the pain a few times and broke them in. Those shoes are adorable!

  7. I hate when my flats give me blisters. It is against the laws of fashion physics. Good luck breaking them in, if your feet can take that much torture!

  8. well, they are super cute but sometimes if flats don't fit perfectly they can do that ... try using inserts for the heels or the ball of the foot to make the tight and maybe it won't happen again ... they are too cute not to wear!!

  13. I have also had flats deceive me before! I have learned that it totally depends on the shoe...some heels are more comfy than flats, which is so odd. It was so great to meet you last night! By the way, I meant to tell you last night...I LOVE your lipstick...I would totally wear red lipstick, but it does not look good on me!
